As Senior Practice Director, Glen is an outstanding project leader with extensive local and international experience. He approaches each project from the perspective that the best outcomes arise from the team working collaboratively to realise client and project aspirations. Glen is responsible for delivering several significant commercial, cultural, institutional and educational buildings and preparing key strategic master planning proposals for large urban regeneration projects. These have often been on projects with complex operational, environmental, security and technical briefs and have been realised utilising a variety of procurement and delivery methods. Glen’s ability to work collaboratively and positively identify and resolve complex project issues has been key to the successful delivery of these projects.
