The Hyatt Regency Coolum is recognised as a leading destination resort in Australia. In particular the high visitation and use by corporate groups is testament to that sectors' enormous acceptance. Hyatt Regency Coolum has been designed and set out as a village: domestic, small-scale and non-domineering. The concept has endeavoured to achieve variety in subtle ways rather than having common design images throughout the site. The complex is the equivalent of a 500 room hotel, arranged in free-standing, two-storey apartment blocks.
