Masterplan, Urban Design, Schematic Design of several venues

The development is intended to be of an architectural quality that establishes a new benchmark for retail development not only locally, but nationally

BVN, with Rod McGeoch, were engaged to prepare a Masterplan for a future Olympic Bid for the city of Buenos Aires.

The project involved undertaking a detailed appraisal of the city, in particular it’s urban and sporting infrastructure, and developing both a conceptual urban masterplan and schematic designs for a number of proposed venues and facilities.

Through this process, BVN engaged with city authorities towards creating a plan which creates a strong Olympic proposal and supports the future vision of the city of Buenos Aires in terms of sustainable development options and urban planning priorities.
