BHP Billiton’s workplace occupies five floors with a total NLA of 12,000m2, consisting of both the campus and tower floorplates. The workplace takes an open plan approach, focusing on three strategic principles – efficiency, productivity and flexibility – to align with the business and culture of the organisation.
The workplace is designed to facilitate these principles through challenging the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, promoting activity and preventing a sedentary work life as well as encouraging connection and increasing transparency.
