Ninotschka has worked in Australia and also overseas on a broad range of project types including residential, commercial, educational, public buildings, health, masterplanning and competitions. She is considered an expert in workplace design and cultural change having worked on projects informing current trends such as Mallesons Stephen Jaques' Melbourne office fitout and the new Santos Headquarters in Adelaide. She recently increased her focus to health based projects completing a study tour through the US of world’s best practice health facilities and leading the design for the bid stage of Australia’s largest health based PPP project. Ninotschka has also acted as a client advisor to the Victorian DHS for the Royal Women’s Hospital.

Ninotschka's role as Principal includes working with the State Director to manage the Melbourne office as well as project involvement.
