Our Sydney studio is seeking a full time Invoicing Coordinator to support our Finance and Administration teams. We are a design studio with an intrinsic and genuine care for the development of all our team members, including short and long term career aspirations.


Location: Sydney, Australia


  • Reviewing studio timesheets weekly
  • Preparation of all project invoices & reporting
  • Review and invoicing of consultant and disbursements costs
  • Issuing credit notes
  • Project filing of all invoices
  • Debt collection & reporting
  • Administration of project based software system (Deltek)
  • Client communication for all accounts receivable inquiries for Sydney Studio

Qualifications required:

  • Accounts experience 3+ years
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work collaboratively or autonomously
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pick up new software and/or previous experience with Industry related software
  • Willingness to assist on ad hoc tasks when required
